Shipping Information

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, what item(s) you ordered and due to circumstances outside of our control, such as Weather, Strikes or Holiday Season.

Below is a general guideline for shipping times/ amounts. The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

To United States: 10-20 Days after Shipping (usually USPS)
*most orders arrive between 10 and 12 Days

International: (Outside of the US): Usually 15-35 Days (3 - 6 weeks)

Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. (Please note that orders outside the US will take a bit longer)

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the day of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

At this time we do not offer faster shipping times, but that option will be available in the very near future. We are currently in the process of partnering with new fulfillment centers which will speed up our shipping times significantly. 

For international orders (and in rare occasions, US orders), delays can occur in-transit or holds at the local customs office, or back-orders, so it's possible to take up to 6-7 weeks for an order to be delivered.

Tracking information isn't available for every country and can delay in updates. Please refer to the estimated timetable above from your order date to find out when you can expect your order.

Additional fees, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.

 

Return Information

Not happy with your purchase? Please let our customer support team know. We are more than happy to try and sort out any issues you may have. 

  • Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Order

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.  If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to: support@iheartbeez.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away. 

  • Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 28 days (45 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.  

As mentioned in above, shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Mexico, Brazil and UK, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active. 

Please note, for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an inputting error when the order was placed and for missed parcels, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be very careful when entering the shipping address. 

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery. 

  • Refunds/Cancellations

If your order with us doesn’t arrive to the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
